we could potentially simplify interpreter.cpp for future soft forks by removing the need for SCRIPT_VERIFY_MINIMALDATA

The interpreter needs to support all the historical scripts, so I doubt very much it will be possible removing such code parts. At most this flag will be consensus-enforced.
