Not 100% sure which version of Bitcoin Core is used to return results from curl https://blockstream.info/api/fee-estimates, but based on this file, I’m guessing 27.2.
v1 of the benchmarking tool should be ready very soon (@zpv has been busy this week!), at which point we’re happy to iterate with incorporating additional measures (average overestimation factor, etc.)
