Indeed, we were not on the same page. I don’t suggest making “native asset transactions marginally more expensive”. On the contrary, I suggest that they should be less expensive.
For example, 6000 simple transactions in a 2 MB block should not cost more sats than 1 complex transaction of the same (2 MB) size.
