hey josh, big fan of this idea, i’m working on a fork of bitcoinkernel which adds covenant support linked below.
So far i have added op_ctv, op_csfs and op_cat.
il continue to add more op_codes and i agree it would be very cool to add simplicity support so i will look at that at some point.
