I’m curious about what you mean by “deterministic” here. I guess you mean something like, if you pass the dust utxo through a spam-checking-function f it always returns true, not just sometimes? Obviously in a very general sense you have no fully objective deciding function, but maybe you are trying to emphasize that it’s reliable for some subset? (To be clear I don’t believe anything like this makes sense, but I’m curious to understand the exact line of thought implied by that word).
