- bolt12 presumes a LN channel which requires liquidity. Perhaps I should rephrase away from “small payouts” to something more fitting for the trade offs. micro payouts with zero prior liquidity requirements and no operational complexity for the pool user.
RE: Custodial, it seems others have alluded to the same but custodial pools are not a new concept. Every custodial wallet should be an ecash wallet so the user at least gains privacy as a trade off. A pool “wallet” should be no different. This proposal does not aim to solve self-custody. Ocean seemingly has that covered.
