Generate truly random seed words using only dice or playing cards

Thanks for the feedback. I meant 3 rolls with up to two dice (2 rolls of two dice and 1 roll of one dice).

Right now it’s more of a spec than a guide, if it gets traction then I’ll consider expanding it.
