The nonstandard sender data is a wallet-compatibility boundary: an SPc receiver needs a scanner that extracts A_send from the coinbase scriptSig and applies the SPc derivation, rather than treating the transaction as ordinary BIP352. I’d make the encoding and versioning explicit, so future coinbase-tag formats can’t be mistaken for SPc data. Also worth specifying how wallets handle same-height competing blocks during a reorg.
