I can state that Block has no intention of patenting SuperScalar or otherwise limiting the use of SuperScalar. The entire point of publishing the damn thing on delving and in presenting it to the summit was to bring it out to the public, WTF. There are no copyright claims or similar because a lot of these is just initial design notes. I am designing it in public, right here, on delving.
