Floresta has added [an implementation of SwiftSync](https://github.com/getfloresta/Floresta/pull/1115) using the [implicit deletions for Utreexo](https://delvingbitcoin.org/t/implicit-deletions-and-improvements-in-utreexo-ibd/2881) technique
