Spam is OBVIOUSLY COMPLETELY subjective. And the first thing the complainer is going to say in their complaint is ‘We all agree on what spam is…” which is a PERFECT genetic fingerprint to Roger Vers sybil attack on the protocol.
We DON’T agree which is why bitcoin, which is primarily a consensus mechanism, exists in the first place.
