There were a few of these in Nov/Dec, with shortish chains starting at [1] [2] [3], and some slightly longer chains at [4] [5*] [6*] [7] [8] [9]. A couple of those chains weren’t completed, but presumably could be by reusing information from previous spends of the same scriptPubKey.
There were a few txs in Dec (eg [10]) using the pattern <p> CHECKSIGVERIFY <t> CTV DROP, and redundantly including the CTV hash in the witness as the final “true” value for the stack.
April saw a single tx ([11]) using the pattern IF 1 CSV DROP <t1> CTV ELSE <t2> CTV ENDIF.
There were also a variety of plain <t> CTV or <t> CTV DROP txs between November and April that didn’t appear to include any additional logic, eg [12] [13] [14] [15] [16].
