Would it be fair to assume that the ColdCard hack may have influenced this by creating havoc with private mempools/relay, bots RBFing till dust, and more mempool fun? I have no data on my node to confirm or deny this.
Just from glancing at the data, it seems to start regressing in July, but the real increase in bandwidth to reconstruct seems to start after 07/11 (mm/dd).
