I updated the peer.observer node bob to a recent master that includes policy: lower the default blockmintxfee, incrementalrelayfee, minrelaytxfee by glozow · Pull Request #33106 · bitcoin/bitcoin · GitHub on 2025-08-22.

Any reason to test this only with bob and not include other 14 nodes?
